Than went and reinstalled Win8 upgrade, this time though didn't use download from internet, made a media ( backup recovery iso. I REINSTALLED Vista, went in ran all the updates, updated all drivers, updated all software for usb devices Not sure if this will help but it's been a week now and hasn't happened again
